V IN€. lAN i%,ie�''•!' ti.t1?E ,f 0 ... _. - __ ...._,_....__._.�j <br /> Mara pa,:acio Florida 32960. �s : . •�. r <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2004- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING SOLELY <br /> FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES THE DEDICATION OF 101h AVENUE, <br /> SOUTH OF 41h STREET, AS SET FORTH ON THE PLAT OF HAEGER <br /> HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION. <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for Indian River County to expand the County's water <br /> system to serve properties in the area of Haeger Highlands Subdivision, 10th Avenue <br /> south of 4th Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with this, it is necessary for the County to formally <br /> accept 10th Avenue, south of 4th Street, as set forth on the plat of Haeger Highlands <br /> Subdivision solely for public utility purposes as offered by the owners and developers of <br /> Haeger Highlands Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 11, of the public records <br /> of Indian River County, Florida; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br /> Commissioners hereby formally accepts for utility purposes only, all of the street that is <br /> described as 10th Avenue, south of 41h Street, on the plat of Haeger Highlands <br /> Subdivision, together with all easements set forth on the plat of Haeger Highlands <br /> Subdivision solely for utilities purposes. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheel Qr- and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> 1612945 <br /> Chairman Arthur R.
