r <br /> r <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 050 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE ROSELAND <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN TASK FORCE AND <br /> MAKING APPOINTMENTS THERETO. <br /> WHEREAS, residents of the unincorporated area of Roseland have <br /> petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to be involved in reviewing land <br /> development regulations and the comprehensive plan as it relates to the <br /> Roseland area; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Association of Roseland Property Owners has taken the <br /> first step of drafting a preservation plan for Roseland; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is desirous of having <br /> input into their regulatory and planning process from the residents of Roseland, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA: <br /> 1. That the Roseland Neighborhood Plan Task Force is hereby <br /> established. <br /> 2. The Roseland Neighborhood Plan Task Force is directed to <br /> formulate and help implement a neighborhood plan for Roseland for review and <br /> approval by the Board of County Commissioners before becoming effective. <br /> 3. The task force shall be made up of nine (9) members. The initial <br /> appointees are: <br /> 5/2001 RESO(LEGAL)WGC/nhm 1 <br />
