<br />County Water Municipal Service Taxing Unit,
<br />defining the boundaries of said Taxing Unit to
<br />Include that portion of the unincorporated
<br />areas of Indian River County, described as

<br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and run south along the
<br />east line of Section 33 to the southeast cornor of
<br />Section 33; thence run south along the east line
<br />of Section 4, Township 32 South, Range 39 East
<br />to the southeast corner of Section 4; thence run
<br />west along the south line of Section 4, Township
<br />32 South, Range 39 East, to the southwest
<br />corner of Section 4; thence run north along the

<br />Florida, of a tax not to exceed three (3) mills ori
<br />all the real and tangible property within said
<br />Taxing Unit; providing for the adoption of a
<br />budget and assessment, levy and collection of
<br />such taxes within said Taxing Unit; providing
<br />an effective date.
