RESOLUTION NO. 2003-072 <br />5. The assessments shown on Exhibit "A," attached to Resolution No. 2002-047, were <br />recorded by the County on the public records of Indian River County, and the lien shall <br />remain prima facie evidence of its validity. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
