.o <br />Time and Place (Second Reso.) 3/25/97 (ENG)RES2.MJM/ktp <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 156 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING <br />A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON <br />41st AVENUE FROM 6th STREET TO 8th STREET, CITRUS GARDENS <br />SUBDIVISION, COUNTY PROJECT #9922 AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br />PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE <br />COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFORE, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE <br />SPECIFICALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br />BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No.2003-155 determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the <br />citizens of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property <br />within the area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements be made to said <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll <br />to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board <br />of County Commissioners shall fix a time and plat at which the owners of the properties <br />to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of <br />County Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making <br />paving and drainage improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, as to the <br />manner of payment therefore, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each <br />property benefited thereby. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
