Time and Place(Second Resolution) 3/25/97(ENG)RES2.MAG\ktp <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 057 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br /> PROPERTY ON 34TH AVENUE, 35TH AVENUE BETWEEN 13TH <br /> STREET SW AND 9TH STREET SW (OSLO ROAD) IN <br /> GROVENOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION AND OTHER <br /> INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD <br /> OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br /> PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO <br /> THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br /> THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE <br /> SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br /> BENEFITTED THEREBY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 056 ,determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br /> the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br /> described herein, that paving and drainage improvements be made to said property; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be <br /> completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of <br /> County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties to be <br /> assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br /> Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making paving and drainage <br /> improvements to said property,as to the cost thereof,as to the manner of payment therefore,and as <br /> to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefited thereby, <br /> F:\ENGINEERING\PETrrION PAVING\9918 34TH,35TH AVENUES SVA9918 RESOLUTION-SETTING-MJM.DOC <br /> 1 <br />
