RESOLUTION NO 2006- 064 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE STATE <br /> HOUSING INITIVES PARTNERSHIP (SHIP) AND HURRICANE HOUSING <br /> RECOVERY(HHR)AGREEMENTS WITH APPLICANTS APPROVED BY THE <br /> AFFORDABLE HOUSING LOAN REVIEW COMMITTEE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida has <br /> established an Affordable Housing Program which sets forth the procedures for administering the <br /> SHIP and HHR Programs; and <br /> j <br /> WHEREAS,persons, agencies,firms,or builders approved for SHIP/HHR loans by the loan <br /> review committee must sign an agreement indicating that they understand and meet the SHIP and/or <br /> HHR requirements; and <br /> WHEREAS,such agreements and accompanying documentation are administrative in nature <br /> and do not require the attention of the Board of County Commissioners; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Indian River County <br /> Community Development Director or his designee is hereby delegated authority to execute any and <br /> all agreements needed with respect to SHIP and HHR Affordable Housing loans. <br /> This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s <br /> and the motion of seconded by Commissioner Wheeler ______,and, upon being put to a vote <br /> as follows: <br /> 1 <br />
