Courthouse r BOATto ^u«rrx <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960aK�stnME» <br />Dear Bill: <br />This letter will confirm -our telephone request to your <br />secretary on behalf of Vero Med, a partnership, to appear <br />before the County Commission at their meeting on January 5, <br />1977 concerning the following: <br />1. A report on the progress being made by Vero Med in <br />reference to its water acquisition and discussing hook- <br />ing into the 12 inch main of urban utilities. <br />2. A discussion of the rights of way needed by the County <br />across the Vero Med properties. <br />3. A request for assistance from the County in expediting <br />the construction of Barber Avenue. <br />" As you know, the Vero Med group owns the land immediately East <br />to the new Indian River Memorial Hospital and are in the process <br />of developing a medical office complex on the Northwest 10 acres <br />of their property. The medical group has been cooperating with <br />the County on rights of way and other matters and the County <br />has been cooperating on the problems incidental to obtaining <br />water and sewer in the area. <br />Si erely yours., <br />v <br />Byron T.
