RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 209 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SUBLEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> AIRMASTERS RADIO CONTROL CLUB, INC., A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT <br /> CORPORATION, FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RADIO <br /> CONTROL MODEL AIRPLANE FLYING FACILITY ON A PORTION OF THE NORTH <br /> COUNTY REGIONAL PARK <br /> WHEREAS, commencing November 12, 2002, the Airmasters Radio Control Club, <br /> Inc.("Airmasters"), has had an annual License Agreement for the operation and maintenance of a <br /> radio control model airplane flying facility on a portion of the North County Regional Park and <br /> Airmasters has now applied to the Board of County Commissioners to enter into a sublease <br /> agreement with a term of twenty (20) years; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that such a use of County property <br /> promotes the community interests and welfare, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDAIN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that, pursuant to the authority of <br /> Florida Statutes section 125.38, the Board of County .Commissioners hereby approves and <br /> authorizes the Chairman to execute a Sublease Agreement between the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, and the Airmasters Radio Control Club, Inc for a <br /> term of twenty (20) years at a rental rate of two hundred ($200.00) per year for each year of the <br /> term .payable on or before February 1 of each year, as more specifically set forth in the attached <br /> Sublease Agreement. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Neuberger and seconded <br /> by Commissioner Davis , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Thomas S.
