CHAIRMAN WODTKE NOTED WITH REGARD TO INSTALLING THE MAIN UNDER <br />THE RAILWAY THAT IF A 10" MAIN WERE INSTALLED, OTHER USERS WOULD NOT HAVE <br />TO PUT IN FURTHER LINES UNDER THE TRACKS, <br />ENGINEER BEINDORF EXPLAINED THAT RALMAR ASSOCIATES WILL HANDLE <br />THE ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION, BUT THE RAILROAD WILL SEND SOMEONE TO SUPERVISE. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS POINTED OUT THAT ALTHOUGH RALMAR WILL ACT AS <br />CONTRAC"OR, THE RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THE LICENSE AGREEMENT WILL REST WITH <br />THE COUNTY, AND HE DOES NOT SEE ANY WAY AROUND THIS. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER ASKED IF THE FEC WOULD GIVE APPROVAL TO <br />BUILD ANY OF THE SIZES - 6" - 8" OR 10". <br />DEAN LUETHJE, ENGINEER, STATED THAT FEC WOULD AGREE AND SIMPLY <br />WISHED TO BE NOTIFIED OF THE SIZE DECIDED UPON. <br />ENGINEER BEINDORF COMMENTED THAT THE 8" MAIN WOULD PROBABLY <br />SUFFICE, BUT HE FELT IT WOULD BE BETTER TO HAVE THE LARGER SIZE AND BE <br />PREPARED FOR ANY EVENTUALITY. <br />AFTER FURTHER DISCUSSION, IT WAS GENERALLY AGREED THAT, LOOKING <br />TO THE FUTURE, IT 'WOULD BE WISE TO GO ALONG WITH THE 10" SIZE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED ENTERING INTO A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />FEC TO PUT IN A 22" CASING WITH A 10" MAIN UNDER THE RAILWAY IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH LETTER DATED .JANUARY 191 1977, FROM BEINDORF AND ASSOCIATES, INC.; <br />INSTRUCTED THE ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN ACCOMPANYING RESOLUTION No, 77-7; AND <br />AUTHORIZED THE SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN TO THESE DOCUMENTS. <br />30 <br />JAN 191977 <br />A <br />
