The noise of their truck, the conp.^cting <br />of the garbage, the clanging of the garbage cans, and the <br />awak©ning of all the barking dogs at such an early time is an <br />intolerable nuisance. <br />The other, garbage service company in our coremunity restricts <br />residential pick ups to P. starting time of 7:00 A. 14.
