RESOLUTION 2007-004 <br />WHEREAS, By The River, Inc. is the sponsoring organization applying for <br />approval of the Assisted Living Community as a State approved Community <br />Development Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: <br />The Board of County Commissioners endorses By The River, Inc. as a sponsoring <br />agency under the Florida Community Contribution Tax Credit Program and finds that the <br />Assisted Living Community project, as described in Attachment A, and preliminarily <br />approved On February 18, 2003 as part of the Kashi Church Foundation conceptual <br />planned development project is consistent with the Indian River County Comprehensive <br />Plan and Indian River County Land Development Regulations. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Bowden and <br />seconded by Commissioner <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Davis <br />Gary C.
