RESOLUTION NO. 2005-178 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, DECLARING THE TERMINATION <br /> _OF THE STATE OF EMERGENCY IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH HURRICANE WILMA <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 2005 -117 [Emergency <br /> Management] issued by Jeb Bush, the Governor of the State of Florida on October 19, <br /> 2005, and Florida Statutes sections 252.36, 252.38, and 252.46, the Indian River County <br /> Board of County Commissioners duly adopted Indian River County Resolution 2005 - 176, <br /> on October 20, 2005, delegating to the County Administrator the authority to declare a <br /> State of Emergency in Indian River County in connection with Hurricane Wilma; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 23, .2005 at 12:00 pm, the duly authorized County <br /> Administrator signed Indian River County Resolution 2005-117, declaring a State of Local <br /> Emergency in Indian River County for seven (7) days in connection with Hurricane Wilma; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the duly authorized County Administrator has now determined that a <br /> State of Local Emergency in Indian River County no longer exists in connection with <br /> Hurricane Wilma; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the a State of Local Emergency in <br /> Indian River County in connection with Hurricane Wilma shall terminate and be of no further <br /> force and effect at 5:00p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2005. <br /> DONE AND ORDERED this 26th day of October, 2005. <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> By: , <br /> Josh-A.
