Time and Place (Second Resolution) 3/25/97(ENG)RES2.MAG\ktp <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 015 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br /> PROPERTY ON 34TH AVENUE, 35TH AVENUE AND <br /> INTERSECTING STREETS IN THE GROVENOR ESTATES <br /> SUBDIVISION AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY <br /> APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY <br /> AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE COST <br /> THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, <br /> AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br /> ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITTED <br /> THEREBY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. _014 , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br /> of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br /> described herein, that paving and drainage improvements be made to said property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be <br /> completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of <br /> County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties to be <br /> assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br /> Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making paving and drainage <br /> improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, and as <br /> to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefitted thereby, <br /> F:\Engineering\Kimp\Petition Paving\9918 Resolution-Setting-mag.wpd <br /> 1 <br />
