RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 032 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the Director of Public <br /> Works to maintain a ledger listing the traffic control devices maintained by the County (Section <br /> 312.18, Indian River County Code); and <br /> WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the Board of County <br /> Commissioners for approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as Exhibit "A" to this <br /> Resolution, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the traffic control <br /> device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this resolution. <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner Neuberger_ and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner Gi nn , and, upon being put to a vote,the <br /> vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Kenneth R.
