OFFICIAL RECOR& <br />BOCK 550 w764 <br />5. RALMAR and the COUNTY agree that RALMAR will proceed, <br />utilizing plans and specifications prepared by COUNTY'S Con- <br />sulting Engineer for the construction of a twelve -inch water <br />main from the City Water Plant to Gifford. RALMAR shall bid <br />the water line both as a six-inch line and a twelve -inch line <br />for that portion of the Gifford water main, paralleling Florida <br />East Coast Railway to a point perpendicular to the South Road <br />edge of 36th Street. Upon receipt of the bids and the joint <br />approval.of RALMAR and the COUNTY, the parties agree that <br />RALMAR shall pay the costs of construction of a six-inch <br />line as accepted in the bids and the COUNTY shall pay the ex- <br />cess costs between the cost of constructing the twelve -inch <br />Gifford water main the cost of the six-inch water -main as <br />bid. All bids shall be according to the standards as established <br />in the Tripartite Agreement, referred to herin. In addition, <br />RALMAR and the COUNTY agree that RALMAR will bid the costs of <br />1 uilil.i aq Lima water -Line from the West side of the Florida East <br />Coast Railway under U.S. Highway #1 and the Florida East Coast <br />Railway to the South side of 36th Street. RALMAR shall pay all <br />costs incident to the placement and construction of a six-inch <br />water main and applicable casing. Said water main and casino <br />size shall be increased to accept a ten -inch water main and ap- <br />propriate casing, which increased cost shall be'in the <br />amount of $2,660.00. The COUNTY shall be responsible for <br />the increase in cost of the casing as set out above. RALMAR <br />shall pay all other costs incident to bringing the ten -inch <br />water line from the West side of the Florida East Coast Railway <br />under the railroad and U.S. Highway #1, to the Southwest <br />intersection of 36th Street and U.S. Highway #1.
