u <br />Air Jack Jennings, <br />I.R.County Administrator; <br />April 4 1977 <br />Dear Jack; <br />I understand a change is being requested for Idleurild Annex easement <br />on we -et end of 11Fth place. <br />Any change in easement that would reduc^ drainage in t'•-iis area Mould be <br />detrimental to the property owners.The present drainage is barely sufficient <br />to handle the rain run off. <br />Incidentally the hone owners on 14th Place had.drainage dug at their expense, <br />due to being in a ;Ton -Recorded Mat. <br />Any help you can give us in retaining the present Status Quo will be <br />greatly appreciated. <br />Sincerely <br />at <br />Gilbert L Public <br />4335 14th Place-Idlewild Annex <br />.ATTORNEY COLLINS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE ASKED ATTORNEY GOULD <br />IF HIS CLIENTS WOULD GIVE A 10' EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, <br />AND HE HAD INDICATED HE FELT THEY WOULD BE WILLING TO DO S0, <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS STATED HE BELIEVES THE RESIDENTS OF IDLEWILD <br />,WHO HAVE A CRITICAL DRAINAGE PROBLEM, -ARE CONCERNED WITH EASEMENTS <br />RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH, NOT THE ONES WE ARE DISCUSSING WHICH RUN EAST <br />AND WEST, HE NOTED THAT THE DEDICATION ON THE REPLAT WHICH RESUBDIVIDED <br />THE LAND BACK INTO ACREAGE STATES THAT THERE IS*A 5' REAR EASEMENT ON <br />ALL LOTS, AND HE FEELS THIS IS WHAT THE PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT, <br />ATTORNEY GOULD POINTED OUT THERE ARE NO LOTS IN THE REPLAT, ONLY <br />ACREAGE, <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED AS TO WHETHER THERE IS A DRAINAGE DITCH RUN- <br />NING ALONG THE LINE SHOWN IN THE REPLAT DIVIDING THE PROPERTY INTO TWO' <br />UNITS OF 8.2 AND 1 7 ACRES EACH. <br />MR. GOULD FELT THERE MIGHT BEA DRAINAGE DITCH ALONG THIS LINE, <br />BUT WAS NOT SURE OF ITS EXACT LOCATION, AND THE ADMINISTRATOR NOTED THAT <br />IF THERE IS SOME DISCREPANCY AS TO WHERE THE DITCH IS LOCATED AND IT WERE <br />FILLED IN, IT WOULD CAUSE'A PROBLEM, <br />f <br />36 <br />M <br />
