Our sanitarians are trained, experienced and health oriented. <br />In the event of an outbreak of food related disease it will still be <br />the duty of this office to correct it. I think it makes more sense to <br />prevent it as we have been doing for many years. The present dual in- <br />spection is costly and the elimination of the health department inspect- <br />ion eliminates all local control.
