RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 090 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO EXECUTE <br />THE AMENDED AND RESTATED <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT CREATING <br />THE TREASURE COAST REGIONAL <br />PLANNING COUNCIL. <br />WHEREAS, the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council was created <br />by interlocal agreement entered into on August 19, 1976 by and between Palm <br />Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, and Indian River County <br />pursuant to the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969; and <br />WHEREAS, paragraph 3(c) of that agreement provides that any <br />amendments to the agreement shall be in writing and set forth an effective date, <br />and that to put into effect any amendment each principal member unit shall adopt <br />a resolution authorizing its chairman or chief elected official to execute the <br />amendment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners is authorized to execute the Amended and Restated <br />Interlocal Agreement Creating the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Neuberger <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Thomas S.
