-%� <br />RESOLUTION 2004- 133 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE AMENDED AND RESTATED <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT CREATING THE TREASURE COAST REGIONAL <br />PLANNING COUNCIL,. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, St. Lucie County, Martin County, and Palm Beach County, in <br />1976, entered into an interlocal agreement to create the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council: and <br />WHEREAS, that interlocal agreement still remains in force and effect; and <br />WHEREAS, the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council recently requested that each of the <br />signatories of the original agreement approve a restated and amended interlocal agreement that would <br />allow the Council to incur debt and acquire real property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the <br />agreement, as proposed, will benefit the Council and have no adverse impact on the County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY approve the amended and restated Interlocal <br />Agreement creating the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and authorize the Chairman to <br />execute the amended and restated agreement. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Lowther who moved its <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Ginn , and upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Arthur R.
