Count Administrator <br />FROM Don Adams DEPT Building Director <br />SUBJECT Obsolete hazardous structures <br />it ►• R <br />201977 <br />I wish to bring to.your attention a continuing problem faced <br />by the building department. I solicit your assistance to present <br />this problem to the County Commissioners for their consideration. <br />We have many hazardous, abandoned structures which constitute <br />a hazard to the public and violate Section 103.=' of the Southern <br />atanaara buiiaing (;oae. <br />In the interest of community development; to protect the <br />health and welfare of the public, I herein request that you present <br />the following cases to the County Commission for their authorization <br />to have said structures removed by county forces or private con- <br />tractors. The cost o� which the county will pay and record a lien <br />against the real estate. <br />_I. E.E.
