RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 021 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, APPROVING A JOINT PARTICIPATION <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT <br /> OF TRANSPORTATION FOR WABASSO BRIDGE <br /> FISHING PIER REPAIRS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation and Indian <br /> River County are desirous of making repairs to the Wabasso Bridge Fishing Pier <br /> and seawall bulkhead cap, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br /> Joint Participation Agreement between the State of Florida Department of <br /> Transportation and Indian River County identified as FM No. 409087/1/52/01 is <br /> hereby approved and the Chairman is authorized to execute same. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams <br /> and seconded by Commissioner Ti ppi n and, upon being put to a vote, the <br /> vote was as follows: <br /> Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman Aye <br /> Ruth M. Stanbridge, Vice Chairman Absent <br /> Fran B. Adams Aye <br /> Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> John W.
