PRESENT THAT THE BOARD WOULD BE INTERESTED IN <br />LOOKING AT ANY PLAN "EQUAL <br />TO OR BETTER THAN" OUR PRESENT COVERAGE. SHE <br />POINTED OUT THAT THE <br />SPECIFICATIONS WERE DRAWN FROM A SPECIFIC COMPANY AS THAT IS THE COVER- <br />AGE WE HAVE AT PRESENT, AND ANY DIFFERENCES SHOULD <br />BE SET OUT IN THE BIDS, <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT AGREED THAT THE SPECIFICATIONS WERE NOT <br />ACTUALLY SPECIFICATIONS BUT MERELY SET OUT WHAT COVERAGE WE HAVE. HE <br />NOTED THERE ALSO HAD BEEN CRITICISM IN REGARD <br />TO UNAVAILABILITY OF <br />EXPERIENCE DATA, <br />30 <br />MAY 41977 <br />
