HE STATED THAT THIS PROPERTY IS ADJACENT <br />TO U.S.HIGHWAY 1 NEAR 17TH <br />ST$EFT S.W. AND IS IN AN ABANDONED ORANGE GROVE. <br />THE PROPERTY TO BE <br />REZONED IS A 297 STRIP LOCATED BETWEEN THE PROPERTY <br />SOLD BY SAN PABLO <br />TIMBER COMPANY ON U.S. 1 AND THEIR SUBDIVISION. <br />THEY PROPOSE TO ADD THE <br />29' TO THE REAR OF SIX LOTS IN THE SUBDIVISION. <br />MR.
