ORDINANCE NO. -77-6 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report re <br />:commending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Floridan and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, <br />hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in <br />%,interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Edward G. Stailey and Genevieve F. <br />Stailey, his wife, Petitioner/Agent,*Layder Cameron, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, REPLAT.OF PART OF WABASSO MANOR <br />ADDITION, UNIT ONE, less the East 1'00 feet, thereof, <br />according to plat filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in <br />Plat Book 6, Page IS.- <br />Be <br />S.Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District, to <br />o` R-1 Single Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and de- <br />scribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect May 20, 1977. <br />MAY 181977 <br />!a, <br />
