The I 'Department has found recreational boating improvement to be <br />the primary purpose of this project known as Dalt! Wimbro Park Ramp <br />and has agreed to enter into.this contract with the County for' <br />development of recreational'boating.facilities and/or improvements, <br />such developments being .in accordance witli.the project plans attached <br />hereto and made a *p'art*of this Agreement as Exhib it <br />2. The County agrees to operate and Maintain said recreational <br />boating facilities and/or improvem. <br />eftts once completed and covenants <br />that is has' -the full legal authority and capability to <br />so operate <br />Oand maintain said facilities and/or improvements. <br />3. The County. agrees to commence construct*ion.of the project on - <br />or before: November 1,•1977, and further agreesi to complete said project <br />on or before —November 1, 1978.' If in the event. <br />construction of <br />the project does not commence on-or.be'fore _November 1. 1477 or is not <br />completed on. or before November 1, 1978 the County agrees to return* to <br />the Department ariy and all unexpended funds originally allocated f . or <br />said project. <br />MAY 181977 <br />99 <br />AM <br />
