Vere may be some I <br />solution to our problem that we have overlooked. <br />this is not intended to be a complaint d only a ersr for help. <br />I <br />Sincerely, <br />AL <br />• ° rte- 1/1I , �� . • �; <br />I ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS STATED THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRON- <br />MENTAL REGULATION HAS BEEN BEARING DOWN ON THEM, AND THEY ARE CONCERNED <br />{ THAT FELLSMERE DOES NOT HAVE OTHER THAN THE FRANCHISE OPERATOR OUT THERE. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT STUDY <br />BEING DONE BY POST, BUCKLEY, SCHUH & JERNIGAN IS APPROXIMATELY 80% COM- <br />PLETE AND DOES ENVISION A COLLECTOR STATION FOR THE FELLSMERE AREA. HE <br />NOTED THAT SUCH STATIONS COST IN THE AREA OF $30,000. HE ALSO STATED THAT <br />MANY PEOPLE IN THE FELLSMERE AREA DO NOT AVAIL THEMSELVES OF THE FRANCHISE <br />OPERATOR, AND HE FELT THEY MUST HAVE A LEGAL PLACE TO DISPOSE OF SOLID <br />1 <br />WASTE.
