m <br />ENGINEER .TAMES BEVNDORF APPEARED, ACCOMPANIED BY VICTOR KNIGHT, � <br />JR., ASKING FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF BRIARWOOD SUBDIVISION, WHICH CONSISTS <br />OF APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES LOCATED SOUTH OF ROSEWOOD ROAD (16TH STREET). <br />MR. BEINDORF INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THIS HAS BEEN BEFORE THE SUBDIVISION <br />REVIEW COMMITTEE AND RECEIVED THEIR -APPROVAL SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CHANGES <br />n <br />BEING MADE. IT WILL BE A PRIVATE ROAD SUBDIVISION COMPRISED OF ONLY FOUR <br />LOTS, MR. BEINDORF STATED THAT THEY WISH TENTATIVE APPROVAL IN ORDER TO <br />START BUILDING THE ROADS AND PROVIDING DRAINAGE AND NOTED THAT THE ROADS <br />WILL BE BUILT TO COUNTY SPECIFICATIONS AND A TURN—AROUND PROVIDED. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER NOTED THAT THE MATTER OF THE DRAINAGE IN <br />THIS AREA HAD BEEN DISCUSSED SEVERAL MEETINGS AGO, AND THE PEOPLE IN AD— <br />JACENT IDLEWILD SUBDIVISION HAD BEEN VERY CONCERNED. I <br />I <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS STATED THAT THE DRAINAGE HAS BEEN REVISED <br />AND ADJUSTMENTS MADE AS REQUESTED BY THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE, AND <br />HE IS SATISFIED WITH ALL THE CHANGES. j <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL TO BRIARWOOD SUBDIVISION. <br />MR. BEINDORF INFORMED THE BOARD THAT ATTORNEY JOHN GOULD CAME <br />BEFORE THEM SEVERAL WEEKS AGO REPRESENTING THE KNIGHTS IN REGARD TO HAVING <br />EASEMENTS ABANDONED IN THIS SUBDIVISION, AND IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO HAVE <br />THESE ABANDONED BEFORE THEY CAN PROCEED. <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS INFORMED HIM THAT THE ABANDONMENT WAS <br />APPROVED AND ATTORNEY GOULD IS NOW PREPARING THE PROPER DOCUMENTS. <br />VICTOR KNIGHT, JR., BROUGHT UP THE MATTER OF THE 5' ADDITIONAL <br />EASEMENT THAT THE ABANDONMENT WAS CONDITIONED UPON, AND MR. BEINDORF <br />POINTED OUT THAT SINCE THEY ARE NOW GIVING A 50' RIGHT—OF—WAY, THEY WOULD <br />HATE TO GIVE A 5' EASEMENT IN ADDITION. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE FELT THE 50' RIGHT—OF—WAY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE <br />5' DRAINAGE EASEMENT REQUIREMENT AS THE PROPERTY HAS NOW BEEN DESIGNED TO <br />TAKE CARE OF ITS OWN DRAINAGE. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR AGREED AND STATED HE DID NOT SEE ANY CONFLICT, <br />BUT COMMISSIONER SIEBERT NOTED THE ORIGINAL MOTION WAS CONTINGENT UPON THE <br />ADDITIONAL 5' EASEMENT AND FELT THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE CHANGED. <br />J <br />
