HE ALSO INFORMED <br />THE BOARD THAT THE HOUSE WILL BE A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE, WHICH <br />WILL BE BUILT ON A LARGE LOT AND DOES CONFORM TO THE MASTER PLAN, <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THERE SHOULD BE A VERIFICATION OF <br />WHEN MR. CRIPPEN ACTUALLY DID TAKE TITLE TO THIS PROPERTY AND ASKED <br />TO SEE HIS DEED. <br />MR, CRIPPEN STATED THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THE DEED, ONLY THE <br />CANCELED MORTGAGE, BUT FELT HIS ATTORNEY, .JOHN SUTHERLAND, MIGHT HAVE <br />THE DEED. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS POINTED OUT THAT THE APPLICANT IS REQUIRED <br />TO PRESENT A DEED, <br />IN FURTHER DISCUSSION, IT WAS FELT THE EXCEPTION COULD BE <br />APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE DEED BEING PROVIDED LATER, AND COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER NOTED THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM OF ACCESS AS THERE IS A <br />PRIVATE EASEMENT, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO <br />ORDINANCE 74-20 TO STANDISH E. CRIPPEN, SR., AND KATHRY S. CRIPPEN, <br />SUBJECT TO MR. CRIPPEN PROVIDING THE ZONING DEPARTMENT WITH A COPY <br />OF HIS DEED. <br />COPY OF SAID DEED IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES. <br />3 <br />
