(11) Violations and Penalties. Section 111 is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />"Any person, firm or corporation or agent who shall <br />violate a provision of this code or fail to comply therewith <br />or with any of the provisions thereof, or violate a.detailed <br />statement or plans submitted and approved thereunder, shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor in the second degree. Each such <br />person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offence for each <br />and every day or portion thereof during which any violation <br />of any provision of this code is committed or continued, and <br />upon conviction in the Court of Jurisdiction for any such <br />violation such person shall be punished by a fine or im- <br />prisonment as provided by state law for second degree mis <br />demeanor violations." <br />(12) Effective date. This Ordinance shall become <br />effective of the 24th day of June 1977. <br />
