ORDINANCE NO. 77-15 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a pub- <br />lic hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Shirley E. Bessey, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Part of Government Lot 6, Section 21, Township 31 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, more Parti- <br />cularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Government Lot <br />6 (being the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said <br />Section 21) run West 150 feet for a point of beginning; <br />thence run South 190 feet; thence run West 120 feet; thence <br />run North 190 feet; thence run East 120 feet to point of <br />beginning; said land situate, lying and being in Indian <br />River Couhty, Florida. <br />Be changed from C -1A Restricted Commercial District, to <br />R-1 Single Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and'describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall become effective on June 24, 1977. <br />SUN 221977 <br />r <br />l\ <br />n J <br />
