RESOLUTION NO. 77-57 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River. <br />County, Florida have been requested to release the side lot line f. <br />easements, lying on the North and South lot lines of Lot 2, Block E, <br />• f <br />Unit 2, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 13, <br />Public records df Indian River Countya Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said 5 foot side lot line easements were dedicated <br />on the Plat of said OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION for public utility purposes; <br />and <br />- i <br />WHEREAS, the request for such relbase for easement has been <br />submitted in proper formi <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD.OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following '• <br />--.t side lot line easements in OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION shall be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The side lot line easements being's feet along the South line <br />of Lot 2, Block E, and the side lot easements being 5 feet <br />along the North line of Lot 2, Block E, OSLO PARR SUBDIVISION, <br />as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 13, Public records of Indian <br />River County, Florida; <br />! <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release .of said lot <br />line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording <br />and placing in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />4 <br />This 22nd day of June 1977. <br />, <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COI01ISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN;9�RIVER COUNTY, FAORIDA <br />..
