j <br />i <br />JUN 2 21977 <br />(33) Accessory uses and structures customarily <br />associated with and subordinate to the <br />above uses, subject to conditions expressed <br />in Section 25, sub -paragraph (g). <br />(b) Building height limit. No building or structure <br />shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height, exclusive of <br />elevator shafts and/or air-conditioning condensing units <br />and/or cooling towers and except as provided in Section 25, <br />paragraphs .(a) and (p) of this ordinance. <br />(c) Minimum lot size and floor area required. <br />(1) For the following specified uses every lot <br />or parcel of land shall provide a living quarters area and <br />a land area for each family unit of at least the amount <br />indicated: <br />Square feet area of. No principal building or structure <br />shall occupy more than forty (40) per cent of the lot. <br />(e) Front yard. Every yard shall have a front yard <br />or street yard of not less than ten (10) feet. <br />(f) Rear yard. Same as front yard above. <br />(g) Side yards. <br />(1) Commercial uses. No side yard is required <br />except when the lot is adjacent to a resi- <br />dential district, and in that event a ten - <br />foot side yard is required. <br />(2) Residential uses.
