IL` Public Hearing(Third Reso.) 7/2(reso\bobbi)DClk <br /> This document was prepared by <br /> and should be returned to IN THE RECORDS OF <br /> the County Attorney's Office, JEFFREY K.BARTON <br /> 1840 25th St., Vero Beach, CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br /> INDIAN RIVER CO.,FIA <br /> Florida 329W -- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 055 w <br /> sv <br /> Cn <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS W <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL --J <br /> ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH WATER MAIN EXPANSION <br /> TO BOBBI J SUBDIVISION, 36TH COURT (NORTH OF FIRST STREET, <br /> SW); PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE <br /> MADE OF RECORD. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 2002-044, determined to make special assessments against certain ro <br /> properties to be serviced by a water main extension to Bobbi J Subdivision, 36th Court c <br /> (north of First Street, SW); and <br /> I <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br /> assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as ,y <br /> required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br /> Resolution No. 2002-045 which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the <br /> owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br /> chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br /> assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br /> County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br /> the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, July 5, 2002, and once again on Friday, July <br /> 12, 2002 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the hearing), <br /> as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> a <br /> WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days <br /> prior to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; andCA <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on -- <br /> Tuesday, August 6, 2002, at 9:05 a.m., conducted the public hearing with regard to the G; <br /> special assessments; <br /> N <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY 1`0 <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />
