<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />. Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, has tentatively approved the
<br />following changes and additions to the Zoning
<br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Fiorida,
<br />which changes and additions are substantially
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated

<br />said Section 1S lying South of the North Relief
<br />Canal.
<br />Parcel No. 2. Beginning at the Southwest
<br />corner of the Southeast Quarter of Southeast
<br />Quarter of said Section 1S run East along the
<br />South line thereof 718.48 feet; Thence run
<br />North 626.1 feet, more or less, to the South line
<br />Of property owned by Bessie M. Taylor, as

<br />North of and parallel to the South line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter to the
<br />West line thereof; Thence run North to the
<br />point of beginning.
<br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial
<br />District, to A -Agricultural District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Zoning Commission in the County Commission
<br />Room, Indian River County Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, Thursday, June 9, 1977, at 7:30
<br />o'clock P.M., after which a public hearing in
<br />relation thereto at which parties in interest
<br />'and citizens shall have an opportumri to be
<br />heard will be held by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, in the County Commission Room,
<br />Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, on Wednesday, July 20, 1977, at 2:00
<br />o'clock P.M.
