JUL 201977 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-78 <br />NHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been re-quested.to release the <br />easements lying on either side of the side lot lines of Lots <br />11 and 12, Block B, Unit 3, OSLO PARR SUBDIVISION, as recorded <br />in Plat Book 4, at page 19, of the public records of Indian <br />River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, said 5 foot side lot line easements were -dedi- <br />cated on the Plat of said OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION for public utility <br />and drainage purposes; and, <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release for easement has <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following! <br />side lot line easements in OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION shall be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />All easements for public utilities for drainage <br />of, upon and across the west.5 feet of Lot 12 <br />and the east 5 feet of Lot 11, Block B, Unit tt <br />No. 3, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION as per the Plat i <br />thereof in Plat Book 4, at page 19, of the pub- ! <br />lic records of Indian River County, Florida; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />f <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, <br />• i <br />and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release <br />of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to -in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 20th day of July , 1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF'INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />- E <br />By �klt `&4, Yui'G <br />William C.
