1 Public Hearing(Third Reso.) 4/1(reso\wusl seb)Bk/DC <br /> 0"it"Moto of <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2001-047 JE"FtfYX.BARIM14 <br /> CLERX CIRCUR Coulff <br /> IlDfAN RIVER C46, <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH A WATER MAIN <br /> EXTENSION ON THE WEST SIDE OF U.S. HIGHWAY ONE IN THE -- <br /> CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA (BETWEEN THE WAL-MART <br /> SUPERCENTER AND COUNTY ROAD 512); PROVIDING FOR C' <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 2001-037, determined to make special assessments against certain <br /> properties to be serviced by a water main extension on the west side of U.S. Highway <br /> One in the City of Sebastian, Florida (between the Wal-Mart Supercenter and County <br /> C) <br /> Road 512); and — <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special 1 <br /> assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br /> required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br /> rn <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br /> Resolution No. 2001-038, which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the <br /> owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br /> chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br /> assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br /> County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br /> the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, April 6, 2001, and once again on Friday, April <br /> 13, 2001 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the hearing), <br /> as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and ; <br /> WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior =� <br /> to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br /> Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at 9:05 a.m., conducted the public hearing with regard to the <br /> special assessments; <br /> r <br /> 111i8 dac�meat Was <br /> �� Qi Zai-h S$., <br />
