The assessments shown on Exhibit 'A," attached to Resolution No. 2005-208, were <br /> recorded by the County on the public records of Indian River County, and the lien shall <br /> remain prima facie evidence of its validity <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s , and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner Lowther , and, upon being put to a vote, <br /> the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Arthur R. Neuberger Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br /> Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Aye <br /> Commissioner Sandra L. Bowden Aye <br /> Commissioner Thomas S.
