ATTORNEY COLLINS REQUESTED THAT ITEM 3 ON THE AGENDA IN REGARD <br />TO SETTING A DATE FOR THE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARINGS BE HELD OVER UNTIL LATER - <br />IN THE DAY. <br />DANA HOWARD, OF CARTER ASSOCIATES, APPEARED IN REGARD TO FINAL <br />APPROVAL OF WESTWOOD SUBDIVISION, FORMERLY REBELWOOD WEST. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER ASKED IF ANYTHING WAS CHANGED FROM THE <br />ORIGINAL SUBDIVISION EXCEPT THE NAME, AND MR. HOWARD SAID THAT WAS THE <br />ONLY CHANGE, <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NOTED THAT THIS IS A PRIVATE SUBDIVISION AND <br />THE PUBLIC UTILITY COMPANIES ARE NOW ASKING THAT A STATEMENT BE ADDED <br />TO THE PLAT OF SUCH SUBDIVISIONS STATING THAT THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO <br />USE THE PRIVATE EASEMENTS. <br />ADMINISTRATOR .JENNINGS SAID THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A <br />STATEMENT PREPARED THAT CAN BE USED ON ALL PLATS IN THE FUTURE AS HE <br />WISHES TO KEEP THIS UNIFORM AND WOULD LIKE TO SEND OUT COPIES OF SUCH <br />A STATEMENT TO ALL CONTRACTORS IN THE AREA. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THIS PLAT MEETS <br />ALL SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS BUT THAT IT HAS GONE OVER THE SIX MONTHS <br />EXTENSION DATE. HE FURTHER NOTED THAT THERE IS ONE SIGNATURE MISSING <br />ON THIS PLAT, AND IT IS HIS INTENTION IN THE FUTURE THAT NO PLAT BE <br />BROUGHT BEFORE THE BOARD UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY SIGNED. ADMINISTRATOR <br />.JENNINGS POINTED OUT THAT IF THE BOARD APPROVED THIS PLAT, IT POSSIBLY <br />COULD BE PUT ON RECORD WITHOUT ALL SIGNATURES. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS AGREED THAT THIS COULD HAPPEN, BUT NOTED THE <br />PLAT WOULD BE DEFECTIVE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL TO WESTWOOD SUBDIVISION, FORMERLY REBELWOOD WEST, TO SEPTEMBER 7, <br />1977, AS THE WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL TO WESTWOOD SUB- <br />DIVISION, FORMERLY REBELWOOD WEST, SUBJECT TO ALL SIGNATURES BEING <br />ON THE PLAT AS REQUIRED AND ALSO SUBJECT TO THE INCLUSION OF A DEDICATION <br />OF EASEMENT TO PUBLIC UTILITIES, <br />10 <br />SEP 1977 30 <br />434 <br />
