ORDINANCE NO.' ']]-20 ' WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida did publish and send its notice of intent to rezone -the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto, held a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- ing property owned by W. E. Jenkins, situated -in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Those parts of Section 15 and Section 22, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, described as follows: Parcel No. 1. That part of the East half of the South- west Quarter of Southeast Quarter of said Section 15 lying South of the North Relief Canal. Parcel No. 2. Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of said Section 15 run East along the South line thereof 718.48 feet; Thence run North 626.1 feet, more or less, to the South line of property owned by Bessie M. Taylor, as describ- ed and recorded in Deed Book 51, page 373, public records of Indian River County, Florida; Thence run West 216.4 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of said Taylor property; Thence run North along the West line of said Taylor property a distance of 292 feet to the South right- of-way of the North Relief Canal;.Thence run Northwesterly along said South right-of-way to the West line of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; Thence run South along said West line to the point of beginning. Parcel No. 3. All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of said Section 22 lying East of Lateral "H" Canal less and excepting the South 294.3 feet thereof. Parcel No. 4. Beginning at the Northwest corner of North- east Quarter of Northeast Quarter of said Section 22, run East along the North line thereof a distance of 404.07 feet; Thence with an interior angle of 105 degrees 29' 30" run Southeasterly along the West line of Trodglen Property a distance of 1197.98 feet to the North line of the South 5 acres of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast.Quarter; Thence run West along said North line of South 5 acres a distance of 377.66 feet; Thence run Northwesterly along the West line of property formerly deeded to Jenkins as recorded in O.R.
