ORDINANCE NO. 77-21 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida did publish and send its notice of intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant there- <br />to, held a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties <br />in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />1_ing property owned by Betty Sue Knight Cobb, situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South half of Tract 11 and all of Tract 14 of Sec- <br />tion 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to <br />the last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms <br />Company recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, Public Records <br />of St. Lucie County, Florida; said land now lying and <br />being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District, to 1.24-1 Light <br />Manufacturing District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect SEPTEMBER 12, 1977. <br />0 <br />1# <br />800K 30 455 <br />
