ORDINANCE NO. 77-23 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto, <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard: NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Keith L. Martin and Hally Martin, <br />his wife, represented by Michael O'Haire, Attorney and <br />Counsellor at Law, situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section <br />36, Township 31 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian River <br />County, Florida; less and excepting therefrom the <br />South 378 feet, and also, less and excepting the <br />North 660 feet. Containing 3.86 acres more or less. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District, to R-lE <br />Country Estate District. <br />The North 660 feet of the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of <br />the NE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 31 -South, Range 38 - <br />East, Indian River County, Florida; less the North 40 <br />feet for road purposes. Containing 9.46 acres more or <br />less. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R-lE <br />Country Estate District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning REgulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect SEPTEMBEP I2, 1977, <br />33 PAG- 462 <br />�PP-7 1977 <br />
