SEP 7 1977 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 77-24 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto, <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard: NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Charles R. and Eleanor G. Sexton, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 1/2 of Tract ll, Section 9, Township 33 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-lA Single <br />Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect SEPTEMBER 12, 1977. <br />RJJK 30 Pur 466 <br />
