RESOLUTION NO. 77- 1 <br />WHEREAS, the 1977 tax roll has been certified j <br />i <br />according to law and the taxable values have been received i <br />by this Board; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did adopt at Public Hearing its <br />i <br />budget for the Fiscal Year commencing on the first day of <br />t <br />October, 1977, and ending on the 30th day of September, j <br />1977; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board must establish millages; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS OF THE ROCKRIDGE LIGHTING DISTRICT that said Board <br />hereby sets the millage rate for said District at .6948 mills <br />or 69.48 cents per thousand dollars of taxable value. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />19th day of September , 1977. <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE <br />ROCKRIDGE LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />Bye''. <br />Willard W.
