CHAIRMAN WODTKE INQUIRED AS TO WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF DR. FLOOD <br />CAN T DETERMINE FROM THE STATE WHAT THEY WILL CONTRIBUTE BEFORE THE BOARD <br />OFFICIALLY ADOPTS THE BUDGET. <br />DR. FLOOD STATED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO USE HIS BALLPARK FIGURES, <br />AND IF THEY ARE LOW, HE WOULD HAVE TO FIRE SOMEONE OR OFFER LESS SERVICES. <br />HE NOTED THAT THE PROBLEM IN REGARD TO GETTING WORD FROM THE STATE WAS A <br />GENERALIZED PROBLEM AND DUE TO THE REORGANIZATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />HEALTH & REHABILITATIVE SERVICES. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD.
