RESOLUTION 2012- 063 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AMENDING THE FEES FOR THE VARIOUS <br />BUILDING PERMITS AND RELATED INSPECTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, in accordance with <br />Florida Statutes, has established a policy that the Building Division is to be financed, to the <br />extent feasible, by user fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the current fees have not been revised since 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, fee disparities have been identified in the current fee schedule; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />The new fees set forth in the attached Appendix A are hereby adopted effective September 1, <br />2012. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis and the motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Fl PG cher and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
