RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 004 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA,GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO <br /> EXECUTE THE BUS SHELTER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE SENIOR <br /> RESOURCE ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS,the Senior Resource Association has announced the phase one installation of the GoLine/ <br /> Indian River Transit bus shelters in Indian River County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association has identified the number of bus shelters within the <br /> jurisdiction of Indian River County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association is asking Indian River County to agree to include <br /> maintaining the cleanliness of the bus shelters in their jurisdiction as part of their maintenance program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agreement would require the signature of the Board of County Commissioners <br /> Chairman, unless that authority is delegated by resolution, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> County, Florida, that: <br /> 1. The Bus Shelter Maintenance Agreement as attached hereto defines the terms of the agreement, <br /> the bus shelters eligible for maintenance and the services to be provided by Indian River County; <br /> 2. The Public Works Director is authorized to execute the Bus Shelter Maintenance Agreement on <br /> behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br /> The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner wheeler , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br /> was as follows: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br /> Vice-Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br /> Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Ave <br /> Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Aye <br /> Commissioner Peter D.
