RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 004 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE BUS SHELTER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE SENIOR <br />RESOURCE ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association has announced the phase one installation of the GoLine/ <br />Indian River Transit bus shelters in Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association has identified the number of bus shelters within the <br />jurisdiction of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association is asking Indian River County to agree to include <br />maintaining the cleanliness of the bus shelters in their jurisdiction as part of their maintenance program; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement would require the signature of the Board of County Commissioners <br />Chairman, unless that authority is delegated by resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that: <br />The Bus Shelter Maintenance Agreement as attached hereto defines the terms of the agreement, <br />the bus shelters eligible for maintenance and the services to be provided by Indian River County; <br />2. The Public Works Director is authorized to execute the Bus Shelter Maintenance Agreement on <br />behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary C. Wheeler <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Wesley S. Davis <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Peter D.
