RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 061 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br /> described lands, which were purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization <br /> Program from Federal National Mortgage Association by the Indian River County <br /> Housing Authority are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section <br /> 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Special Warranty Deed describing <br /> lands, recorded in Book 2494 at Page 206, Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner oBryan, and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner wheeler , and, upon being put to <br /> a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br /> Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Aye <br /> Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Absent <br /> Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan Aye <br /> 2 <br />
