RESOLUTION NO. 2011-064 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />dU all things necessary to carry out 'UPI VV 0 U"o of section 196. 28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization <br />Program from HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells <br />Fargo Asset Securities Corporation Home Equity Asset -Backed Certificates, <br />Series 2006.1 by the Indian River County Housing Authority are hereby <br />cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Special Warranty Deed describing <br />lands, recorded in Book 2509 at Page 566, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner o aryan and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler ,and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br />Vice Chairman Gary C.
