RESOLUTION NO, 2013- 114 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196. 28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands purchased from George A. Glenn and Frances G. Sherwood, as <br />Personal Representatives of the Estate of Helen M. Glenn, deceased, for 33�d <br />Street right-of-way, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section <br />196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Personal Representative's Deed <br />recorded in Book 2704, Page 2148, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />2. The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners is hereby <br />directed to send a cert <br />ified copy of this resolution to the Tax Collector and the <br />Propert <br />y Appraiser with a copy to each of Fixed Assets, Budget, and the County <br />Attorney's Office. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Fi P..srhPr ,and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />2 <br />
